Disclosure: We are new to leading and ask for your grace and your assistance as we make mistakes (and hopefully learn from them!). Your suggestions to improve are not only requested, but they are also welcome. Our desire is to glorify God in all that we do and it is our hope that you will help us to be the best that we can be to serve this purpose.

Mandatory Pre-Tournament Meeting:

A free meal, inspirational message, door prizes, & raffles

Date/Time:	Friday, July 10, 2026 6:00-8:00pm
Location:	Believer's Chapel, Fulton, NY 614 S 4th St, Fulton, NY 13069 (Across from McDonald's on 481)
Details:	One member of each team must attend the meeting unless special permission is given by the director All can attend the meeting, even if you do not sign up to fish in the tournament Feel free to bring your family and friends to this event, we just ask that you please let us know how many will be attending so we can ensure that there is enough food for everyone. Please indicate your interest on our Facebook Event. Important information is provided about the tournament and future events. Attendance is a big part of the club and worth 50 points if one member of the team stays until the end of the meeting. Launch order will be randomly assigned for all teams that attend the meeting. Those that have signed up, but do not attend, will be randomly assigned the remaining launch positions. All that attend and fill out a commitment card will be entered into a door prize drawing Each person in attendance can participate in the 50/50 raffle. 50% of the proceeds will be paid out to the winner and the other 50% will be given to the facilitator of the meeting.

Tournament Details:

(NEW for 2026) Integrity Requirements: A metal detector wand will be used for each catch and each participant may be subject to a lie detector test. The director reserves the right to refuse entry to any person and/or team at their sole discretion.

Below is a list of those that have either expressed an interest in fishing or already signed up. Sign up and payment can be accepted until 8pm on the Friday before the tournament. Open tournaments do not require membership. All points tournaments require membership. If you would like to join us, but haven’t yet registered, please follow the instructions on our home page.
