Procedures for the May 22-23 events

Due to the recommendations of the government during this health situation, we will be changing the tournament process until this health uncertainty ends.

These final two events of the regular season will be registered by online registration or by mail. The registration forms and payment must be received by May 20,2020. The tournaments will be set and finalized. You can go to this link and pay online,

There will be no meeting or meal at either of these events due to the instructions of the health officials.

Boat check in will begin at 5:00am on Friday morning May 22. At the time of boat check in you will be given your blastoff number which will have been randomly drawn and assigned. All boats are to be launched using social distancing throughout the launch process. We will gather around the covered pier area prior to blast off for a brief devotion from our division Chaplain, Bro. Wayne Barth.

Weigh in will begin at 3:00 and we will be doing this portion of the tournament with safety of all parties as the focus. We want all participants to keep their fish in their live wells until they are called to the bump and scales area. We ask that only one team member bring the fish to the tank and the other team member to go to the photo area and wait on their partner to bring the fish for pictures after they weigh. After pictures are taken we ask that one team member replace the fish in the lake and join with their partner in their vehicles.

The results of the event will be posted prior to us leaving Fin and Feather and checks will be mailed to the winners respectively. No checks will be written at the tournament.

This process will be repeated on Saturday May 23.
