Robert Lambert and Robert Mixon take first place at Norman with 20.60 pounds and take home over $5,600 in winnings.

Curtis Cox got us started Saturday with the word of God. Telling the accounts of John the Baptist life from being filled with the Holy Spirit in his mother’s womb to the meeting of Jesus John 1:28, “Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world”. He doesn’t just forgive us, we don’t have to make deals or even pay our way through this. HE TOOK OUR SIN!!

 There were seventy-one boats in search for the winning catch. When the fish started hitting the scales it was apparent that the spotted bass were going to be the most prominent fish and some giant spots were brought in, however the teams with a mix bag of spots and large mouth would prove to be the larger weights.

The Team of Robert Lambert and Robert Mixon weighed in 20.60 lbs. to take 1^st place and $5,638 in winnings. They reported catching their fish on spinnerbaits after finding a shad spawn area.

2^nd place went to the team of Steve Addington and Mike Seawright 19.16 lbs. and $1,200 in winnings.

Mike Chronister and Jeffrey Queen captured 3^rd place with 18.46 lbs. and winnings of $1,000.

 4^th place went to Robin Collins and Ronnie White with 18.08 lbs. they also had the big fish of the tournament of 5.87 lbs. and totals winnings of $1,582.

 5^th place went to Billy Wright and Grant McPeters their weight of 15.81 lbs. brought them $755 in winnings.

Rounding out the teams in the money was 6^th place Chad Sims and Ryan Sommerville with 15.7 lbs. 7^th place was Chris and Tanner Albright with 15.56 lbs. 8^th place Mark Murphy and Jarrett Albright with 15.53 lbs. 9^th place John Parker and Todd Hammond 15.18 lbs. 10^th place was Roger Hoover 14.97lbs. 11^th place Richard Bradford and Russell Corry 14.07 lbs. 12^th place Chris Coble and Jim Long 13.76 lbs. 13^th place was Matthew McBee and Bo Russell 13.35 lbs. And 14^th place was the team of Cameron Andrews and Anthony Brooks with 12.69 lbs.

• Robert Lambert and Robert Mixon won $1,000 bonus for being the winning team in a new boat purchased from Rock Outdoors in the last 36 months.

• Our Legends bonus winner was Frank Denny who will receive $150 Rock Outdoor gift certificate.

• The Team Out of the money drawing winner Travis and Cal Dotson will win a free entry into one of our regular season tournaments.
