Congratulations to winner Tyson Alvanos!!! 

The 4th stop of the SC Lowcountry season kicked off Thursday night at the Dreher Island Community Center where our anglers enjoyed Marco's Pizzas and a message from Pastor Scott Dinkins about our appetites. We all need to develop an appetite for God.

Saturday morning kicked off with an early 6:00 am Blast-off. With temperatures creeping into the 90's most anglers felt the need to capitalize on an early morning bite.

Leading the charge and taking the win was Tyson Alvanos who fished solo but still managed to bring 21.84 lbs to the scales to take the win by almost 3 lbs. Congrats!

Coming in 2nd was the team of Darrell Shull and Jimmy Vining with 18.94 lbs

In 3rd was the team of Wendell Causey and Brandon Jeffcoat with 17.89 which was enough to also take over the lead in a tight points race headed to the final event.

finishing 4th was the team of David Kneece and Terry Thomas with 17.74 lbs

Rounding out the Top 5 was Chad Gainey who brought 17.25 lbs to the scales

Andy Wicker and Reid McGinn had the Big Fish at 6.84 lbs

Our final event of the 2026 season is coming up June 6th at Santee hope to see you all there. We will be featuring our Steak Dinner for all teams registered by Wed June 3rd.
