Disclosure: We are new to leading and ask for your grace and your assistance as we make mistakes (and hopefully learn from them!). Your suggestions to improve are not only requested, but they are also welcome. Our desire is to glorify God in all that we do and it is our hope that you will help us to be the best that we can be to serve this purpose.

Details:	One member of each team must attend the meeting unless special permission is given by the director All can attend the meeting, even if you do not sign up to fish in the tournament Feel free to bring your family and friends to this event, we just ask that you please let us know how many will be attending so we can ensure that there is enough food for everyone. Please indicate your interest on our Facebook Event. Important information is provided about the tournament and future events. Attendance is a big part of the club and worth 50 points if one member of the team stays until the end of the meeting. Launch order will be randomly assigned for all teams that attend the meeting. Those that have signed up, but do not attend, will be randomly assigned the remaining launch positions. All that attend and fill out a commitment card will be entered into a door prize drawing Each person in attendance can participate in the 50/50 raffle. 50% of the proceeds will be paid out to the winner and the other 50% will be given to the facilitator of the meeting.

Tournament Details:

Every team that has not previously submitted boat & insurance information, or if their information has changed, is required to complete our online information request form before competing in our event.

Practice / Off Limits:	Two official practice days of your choice preceded by a 7-day off-limits period on the tournament waters.
Tournament Fee:	$150 per team + $25 Bonus Bucks (Optional) Submit an entry for each tournament that you want to fish or complete the entry form and pay in one of the following ways: cash, check, card (fee added), Zelle (FishersofMenNY.North@gmail.com), or Venmo (@FOM-NY-North). Sign up and payment can be accepted until 8pm on the Friday before the tournament.
Boat Launch Fee:
Details:	Everyone is required to have their live-wells checked before launching Blast off will be completed by boat number (assigned at meeting) We would appreciate if you would please indicate your interest on our Facebook Event for accurate counts.

Below is a list of those that have either expressed an interest in fishing or already signed up. Sign up and payment can be accepted until 8pm on the Friday before the tournament. Open tournaments do not require membership. All points tournaments require membership. If you would like to join us, but haven’t yet registered, please follow the instructions on our home page for membership & sign up under the header “Steps to take to Compete in Tournaments:”
