THE FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE 2025 SEASON IS IN THE BOOKS

We began the morning with a prayer and the National Anthem.  Thirty-six teams were represented at the Friday night meeting and a host of volunteers.  Brother Dave Dixon shared an evangalism tool that could be shared with others.  Pastor Scott Gorbett closed out the evening with a reminder that we are not promised tomorrow.  Texas North Central is raising money for several churches in Uganda.  $327 was raised. 

Saturday morning weather was nice for a January.  The fish did not cooperate too well.  There were 13 teams who caught at least one fish and a total of 23 zeros.  Three fish over 10lbs were brought to the scales.  The team of Pake South and Darrin Longoria blew the competition out of the water.  They brought a 37.40 lb sack to the scales.  They carried themselves like true professionals and were humble.
