The weekend started with a friday night meeting at First Baptist Church in Ruston. The church graciously provided a delicious meal of box prepared Chick-fil-a sandwhiches, cookies, and all the trimmings, 

Jensen Young ( from Congressman Abrahams staff) brought a message that resulted in twospiritual decisions.  

Saturday proved to be as hot as we all expected. Fishers of Men staff kept the scales open to the anglers all day and kept a running tally of highest bin weight. 38 bass went across the scales. 

Congratulations to our first place winner, Trey Bayles, with his impressive 24.23 lb 5 bass stringer!, Second place was to the father son team of Courtney and Kenny Hariss, withtheir 15.76 lb sack,

Dusty Nomey and Ronnie Sanderson delivered their final blow of the season  to land a third place finish in the event that secured their place as reigning points champions for this division. In addition to the 450$ check they earned for points champions, they will also be granted an automatic berth to the national championship on Lake Guntersville in the spring of 2021. 

Mark Price and Tom Stinson weighed in a 7.03 lb monstor to win big bass of the day. 

I look foward to seeing all of you at the Lane McGeha benefit tournament at Lake Claiborne on September 12 !!!!!
