Story Telling

Bible Reading from Acts 9:1-31

The conversion story of Saul was a Jew believed only in the first 5 books of the bible.  He killed Christians because he did not believe what Jesus and the Disciples were preaching.

Saul heard a voice from the lord asking him, why are you persecution me?

Saul was then blinded for three days.  Ananias was sent to restore Saul’s sight.

Saul had his sight restored and then was baptized.  He then started preaching in Synagogues that Jesus was the Son of God.

What a fish story, how the whole transformation took place.

We are losing children and adults to the world and its worldly beliefs.

79% of people of the church goers were invited by a friend.  Mark mentioned there was a time when he wasn’t a good church person. However, he remembers when Jason Tucker played, I can only imagine on the guitar.  John Tucker then gave a message.  That day he began looking at himself and started making changes in his life. Fishers of Men was a great for Fellow Ship time.  People were crying while singing I can only imagine.  These adults where crumbling and coming closer to Christ.

Mark spoke about how much he loves seeing these young kids in the church.

Mark remembers a time when Doug and his nephew were with him on Lake Erie.  They flipped the boat and Mark stayed with it.  Through waves and 35-degree water.  This helped him to remember God and thank him today for sparing his life.

Mark loves walking outside and seeing all of Gods creations.  Seeing daffodils, squirls and so many of Gods creations.

We are here for the little kids through the adults.  Where the rubber meats the road is where we leave the next generation or lead the next person.

You should not have to tell people that you are Christians, people should see it through the way we act.
