Pre - Tournament Meeting Information
The second tournament of the year is Saturday, April 26th at Hopewell City Marina on the James River. The pre-tournament meeting is Friday, April 25th , hosted by Cawson Church of Christ and the City of Hopewell

MEETING SCHEDULE
Registration opens at 5:15PM and closes at 6:30PM (bonus points will not be awarded for arrival after 6:45PM or for teams leaving before the completion of the meeting). A free meal for you and your guests will be served from 5:30PM to 6:45PM. From 6:30 to the close of the meeting we will have awards, music, speaker, door prizes, rules & starting positions.
We want to provide adequate food and space for everyone attending the meeting. If your team has registered for the tournament by the entry deadline, I will plan on both team members being present at the meeting. If you or your partner are not planning on being at the meeting (or) you are bringing additional guests (or) you are paying late but you will be attending the meeting, please try to notify me by the entry deadline. Thanks for this consideration.

HOTEL Suggestions: Hotel accommodations around Hopewell are plentiful so no recommendation are provided.
