Les & Zach McLean win big on High Rock!!!
24.40 pounds with a 7-pound Big Fish of the tournament. Winnings of $5250
Our morning started off with our very own Alan Thompson bringing God’s word. We want to thank Alan for all he does. There is truly power in the word of God!!!
It was a beautiful spring morning as we blasted off 80 boats for our 3rd tournament of the season on High Rock. Les & Zach McLean took 1st place with 24.40 pounds and winnings of $5250. They reported catching their fish on C3 baits in less than 5 feet. 2nd place went to the team of Jarret Freeze & Rodney Adams with 23.35 pounds and winnings of $1,650. They reported catching their fish on jigs and jerk baits. 3rd place went to the team of Chris Colbe & Jim Long with 19.53 pounds and winnings of $1,300. They reported catching their fish very shallow.4th place went to the team of Michael Kinard & Aaron Harwood with 19.25 pounds and winnings of $700. The team of Roger Hoover & Scott Hamrick took 5th place with 18.74 pounds and winnings of $500. Rounding out the teams in the money was 6th place Dusty Taylor& Kolton Hawks. 7th Michael & Barry Davis. 8th Dean & Matt Talbert. 9th Bud Ratliff & Corey Ricketts. 10th Glenn Sparrow & Chris Baumgardner. 11th Ladd & Landon Whicker. 12th Brent Long & Michael Chronister. 13th Cody Thompson & Ethan Cox. 14th Teddy Drew & Cole File. 15th Dave Snyder & Matthew Griffin. 16th was a tie with teams Bart & Wyatt & Wyatt Hill and Mark Murphy & Jarrett Albright.
I want to thank our staff for all their help and thank all of you for fishing with us. Our next tournament is on May 18th. Our meeting will be on the water before blasting off.
The Team of Tony and Jerris Bush won the team out of the money drawing and will receive a free entry into Norman.
Steve Sink won Legends’ bonus of $150.
