Fishers of Men VA West Paul Menschner Tournament at Smith Mountain Lake is in the Books.

The Friday night meeting Was at Radford Baptist Church in Moneta and we had a great meeting That started with a great meal of Barbecue provided by Sowers Electric. We then a message brought by Paul Menschner, thanks to Paul for giving his testimony and telling us steps we should take to follow Christ. Thanks so much to Radford Baptist for allowing us to use there building it s a huge blessing.

Saturday morning started out nice and we blasted off a good crowd that was trying to win the extra $1500 that Paul Menschner State Farm added to the purse. The extra $1500 was devided between the top 3 finishing teams.

At the End of the tournament the team of Bo Grosvener and Ray Atmes Had the winning weight of 22.0lbs and brouht home $2770!

In 2nd was the team of M. Foster and  C Atkins with a good bag of 21.35

Third was the team of S. Dieisher and B. Pauley with another good bag of 20.84

In fourth was the team of R Grant and G Stallings with 20.09 they also had big fish of 8+ pounds.

In fifth was the team of S Costa and J East with 19.32

In 6th was the team of J Sowers and K Allison with 19.02

In 7th and rounding out the money was the team of J Lee and AJ Smith with17.21
