Hello Everyone,

Fishers of Men South Texas Division completed thier 3rd Tournament of the 2025 Season this weekend. Our numbers were down this tournament due to some of our folks having other obligations. But , we had a great tournament, we put 6 teams on the water this weekend. Our pre-tournament meeting was enjoyed by all who attended, great food and some great raffle items as well as a great word from out Chaplin. Tournament morning was beautiful light winds and warm temperatures made for a great tournament day. Fishing this Tournament on Coleto Creek was typical for this time of year with spawning and pre-spawn fish. All the teams weighed limits this tournament with the Team of Tony Chance and Pat Brennan finishing on top with 16.09 lbs. with a big bass of 5.47 lbs, followed by the team of Clayton and Carter Heldt with 14.17 lbs and rounding out the top three was Claude and Jennifer Sims with 10.88 lbs. On a side note the anglers of the year following this event finds 3 team battling for the top spot. Claude and Jennifer Sims holds the top spot after 3 tournaments with 592 points followed by Blane Tupa and Jackson Burris with 591 points, Rounding out the Top 3 is the team of Tony Chance and Pat Brennan with 590 points.
