And just like that, the 2025 Illinois Central Division Season is over. 17 boats entered the event with warm temps and a nice southerly breeze all day. Fishing was much tougher this time as many teams only had 4 bass, but the teams that had 5 fish limits were not as abundant as in June and July. No team broke the 12lb mark today but two came close. It was the team of Wes Oxley and Joe Digiavonna that took the win with 11.92lbs. A close 2nd was Kale Snyder and Conner Jones with 11.80lbs. Big Bass of the event was the team of Sandretto and Schultz with a 3.85lb largemouth earning them the Scheels $500 Big Bass Award. 3rd Place was the team of Reg and Steven Davis with 11.49lbs. The end of the year points race was close but the team that emerged victorious was Jerry and Grant Olsen. Congratulations Jerry and Grant on being the 2025 Illinois Central Division Points Champions.
