LATE FEE DEADLINE: Friday, May 23, 2025 by midnight

• Entry fee must be paid by midnight on Friday, May 23, 2025 or there will be a $25 Late Fee added to payment

FINAL ENTRY FEE DEADLINE: Friday, May 30, 2025 by 7:00PM

• All entries MUST be received by 7:00pm
• NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON SATURDAY

OFFLIMITS:  NO off-limits prior to tournament except;

• All anglers MUST be off the tournament waters by 4:30pm on Friday, May 2, 2025
• No fishing within 100 yards of the ramp on tournament day after 1PM

PERMITTED FISHING AREA:  All water accessible by waters from the official launch site

BLAST-OFF PROCEDURES:  Blast-off will be conducted from pier

LIVE-WELL CHECKS:  Live-well checks during Blast-off by boat numbers

*** NOTE: At least one team member MUST be at the MEAL/MESSAGE/MEETING and stay until the end for that team to receive team's 50 meeting points.  If this is your team's first tournament of the season, you are required to have at least one team member at this meeting to be eligible to compete on Saturday.

LAUNCH PROCEDURES:

• Be in the water by 4:30AM
• Tournament information at 4:45AM
• "On the Water" devotion starts at 4:50AM
• Prayer and National Anthem starts at 5:00AM
• Blast-off by boat numbers starts at 5:05AM

All times are subject to change based on sunrise and weather conditions.

FLIGHT TIMES:

• Flight #1 (Boats 1 - 20) check-in by 3:00PM
• Flight #2 (Boats 21 - 40) check-in by 3:15PM
• Flight #3 (Boats 41 - 60) check-in by 3:30PM
• Flight #4 (Boats 61 - 80) check-in by 3:45PM
• Flight #5 (Boats 81 - 100) check-in by 4:00PM

WEIGH-IN PROCEDURES:

• Weigh-in before or after the loading of your boat
• All teams are asked to come up on the stage to view scales during their weigh-in
• Please be prepared to share a little about your day
