Welcome to the Stop #5 of the 2026 Season! We are headed back to the Harris Chain! This will be a super tournament combined with Florida Central! Anglers can sign up for both Tournaments. All fish must be released back to the main waters!

• TOURNAMENT HOSTS: City of Tavares 

• TOURNAMENT DATE: June 13th 2026

• TOURNAMENT MEETING DATE: June 12th, 2026 at First Baptist Church Tavares 

• OFFICIAL PRACTICE: None, however all the tournament waters will be off limits from 5:30 pm Friday until the Saturday morning blast-off.

• EARLY ENTRY DEADLINE: June 5th, 2026. Every boat entered by this date will be entered into the early bird boat draw (boat numbers 1- however many enter by the deadline) 

• ENTRY DEADLINE: June 12th, 2026. No sign-ups at the ramp! Last chance to sign up will be at the pre-tournament meeting by 6:30pm

• PERMITTED FISHING AREAS: All public waters accessible by boat from the tournament launch site, with the exception of the area within 100 yards of the boat ramp at Buzzard Beach

• LAUNCH/WEIGH-IN SITE: Buzzard Beach Boat Ramp

Livewell Checks at 0530 Weigh-in at 3PM (Determined by number of entries)

Flight assignments and times will be given at the Friday Tournament meeting. 

The Pre-Tournament Meeting will be Friday night the 12th of June 2026. Location for the meeting is: First Baptist Church of Tavares 124 N Joanna Ave, Tavares, FL 32778

The gracious hosts for the meeting is FBC Tavares. Our guest speaker for this event is Chaplain Brock Reeves. The meeting is a family-friendly event and is worth 50 season points and is the central focus to what Fishers of Men is all about. There will be a free meal for you and your family, door prizes, and raffles after the inspirational speaker. We loook forward to seeing you there! God bless!
