What a great event! Huge thank you to Besor Fellowship and Tungsten Baptist Church for hosting!

We were blessed to have Marty Stone as our guest speaker for the evening and he did a phenomenal job! Marty spoke to us about forgiveness and second chances,he reminded us of all the times God the father forgives us and offers us a second chance through His son Jesus!

Saturday started in the mid 50's and didn't warm much throughout the day. All 28 teams were able to bring fish to the scale which was a first for the season. Doug and Conner Wharton topped the field with 15.94lbs, it included the events Realtree Monster Bass, they were steps ahead of the field!

In second place was the adult junior team of Curtis Welton and Ayden Attkisson they had 12.91lbs. Overall the fishing was decent for the teams with many reporting catching lots of fish,but the larger bass were hard to come by, weights were stacked between the 9 and 12lb range.

Hopefully all the teams stored away a little info, as Buggs Island will be the location of our District 5 Championship in September.
