Lake Somerville - 04/18/26
DIVISION YEAR TO DATE STANDINGS: | 2026 | 2025 |
What an incredible time we had this weekend, It all started at Burleson Country Cowboy Church where anglers and their family members enjoyed gumbo, stew, cornbread and ice cream, followed by a great message, a raffle and tournament rules and details.
Saturday we launched boats out of Over Look Park during calm and peaceful weather, which did not last very long at all. By 10:30am the winds blew, the temps dropped and some rain fell. the temps dropped drastically and anglers experienced the chill for the rest of the day. The weather did not affect Chester Jenke and Trevor Rogge The two absolutely got after it and limited with bag weighing 24.15lbs. Close behind was Mike Nichelini and Frank Ono who came in with 22.48lbs. Erik Olson and Kory Grelle secured third place with a limit of 18.96, Erik secured the title of Real Tree Monster Bass for the day with a giant weighing in at 9.17lbs. Fourth place was taken by John Price and Dusty Frank, they reported to the scales with 17.93lbs. Fifth Place went to Brennan Fertig and Randall Beauchamp, they finished the day with 17.46lbs. Andy Whitehead and Kevin Hurley closed out the final paid position with 14.55lbs.
