Welcome to 2023 season! Our Friday night meeting was hosted by Meek Baptist Church. We were served a wonderul home cooked meal compelte with homemade desserts. We were very fortunate to kick off our season with 54 boats on a rainy Friday night. Bro. Corey Cochran, pastor of Meek Baptist Church, held our devotion.
Saturday morning dawned misty and foggy for our 54 teams. They fished hard all day and most were able to weigh in some fish. Our top ten teams all weighed in a bag of 5 fish, weighing from 18.96 pounds to 13.26 pounds. Our big fish weighed 5.85 pounds.
Remember to send in your registration for the next tournament on Pickwick Lake on 3/18/2023. It needs to be postmarked by 3/10/2023 to avoid a $25 late fee. The Friday night meeting will be held at First Baptist Church Colbert Heights, 6000 Woodmong Drive, Tuscumbia, AL.
