Garrett and Rogers Win

Friday Night Meeting was at First  Baptist Dandridge.  Rev. Cory Hammett did all the cooking by himself which is total amazing, and we are very thankful for his hard work.  After eating the Dr. Ronny Jones delivered a heart-felt message on the love of God.

Saturday morning the Fishers of Men gang awoke to fridge cold air of 24 degrees and bluebird skies which means it is going to be a tough day to catch fish.  But someone always figures it out. 

 First place Ameriprise Award went to Rod Garrett and Paul Rogers with 5 fish weighing 13.48 lbs.  This seasoned team used a jig to catch their fish.  Rod reported fishing water 4 to 8 feet deep all day long.  Great job guys.

Second place went Team Underwood Greg and son J.T.  with 5 bass weighing in at 11.33 lbs.  Greg reported  catching their fish on a crankbait.  They targeted water that was 5 to 8 feet deep on secondary points.

Third place went to the skillful team of Jason White and David Burgess who weighed in 4 fish at 11.11 lbs.  Jason reported catching their fish on the lower end of the lake on main lake points.  They fished shallow water using creature bait to get their bites.

Fourth place went to Chris Sexton who came to the scales with 4 fishing weighing in at 10.03 pounds.  Chris reported running to the mid-section of the lake to catch his fish.  Chris used a crankbait all day fishing 4 to 8 feet deep around rocks.

The lunker of the tournament went to George Headden, which was a beautiful 5.23-pound largemouth bass.  George reported catching this awesome bass flipping on a windy point.
