• Entry will only be accepted from qualified anglers. Any angler who has competed in a UBC Series Tournament in the past is eligible to enter. All Fishers of Men division directors and National staff are eligible to enter.
• Tournament entry fee includes hotel room for Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and Thursday night.
• Entry/Hotel fee is $550 (plus PayPal fee) per angler for those who want a private room, or $340 (plus PayPal fee) per angler for those who wish to share a room with another competitor.
• If you plan to have a roommate, you must submit the name of your roommate with your entry.
• If you do not have a room-mate but would like to be paired up with one, we’ll pair up all who would like to have a room-mate. This will be done on a “first come first served basis”. In the even there is no one to pair you with, you’ll be required to pay the remaining $210.
• Fishers of Men will book rooms, there’s no need to make a reservation.
• Competitors will receive their hotel room key at the pre-tournament meeting.
• At the meeting, all competitors will be divided into two groups.
• On Day 1, Wednesday, group A will compete and group B will serve as tournament officials.
• On Day 2, Thursday, group B will compete and group A will serve as tournament officials.
• On Day 3, Friday, only the top 50% from Day 1 and the top 50% from Day 2 will compete for the championship while those who didn’t make the cut will serve as tournament officials.
• On all three competition days, the person serving as the tournament official in each boat will be allowed to compete against other tournament officials in a “1 fish” side pot tournament.
• Rules and details will be explained at the mandatory pre-tournament meeting.
