The LoneStar Foundation Repair Last Chance Tournament was a huge success.  Much thanks to Daniel and his team at LoneStar Foundation Repair for their continued support.  The summer boat traffic at the boat ramp was not too bad and all fishermen/fisherwomen were able to get on and off the lake and demonstrate fantastic attitudes. We discussed being examples of Christ at the boat ramp.  We had our Friday night banquest at Noonday Baptist and Bro. Justin shared the reasons why Jesus began to use parables during the end of His ministry.  The attendees were reminded that God does harden hearts as a person continues to reject Him.  We were all encouraged to follow Christ as our personal Savior.  

Twenty-five teams signed up to compete in the final tournament of our season.   The winning team of Tanner French and Hayden Marshall did it again.  These two proved that they could win in both the cold and the heat.  They combined for a 5 fish limit weighing 26.11 pounds.  They collected a check for a total of $9,250.00!  Rounding out the Top 6 were: Pake South 24.60, Team Hollenshead 22.38, Ferguson/Thompson 21.54, Team Tutt 20.87, and Myers/Mayes 16.78.  

OUR AOY WINNERS FOR 2024 were the team of Eric Thompson and Paul Ferguson.  Congratulations to these men for their consistent fishing all season long.
