Our Friday night meeting was held at Cultivate Church in Athens.  We were served a delicious meal of homemade hushpuppies, fried fish, slaw and a variety of desserts.  The devotion was delivered by Bro. Joel Franks, a past Fishers of Men director and current pastor of Cultivate Church.  We had 54 teams register for the tournament on Wheeler Lake.

The day was sunny but fishing was a little tough!  Our first place team, Mike Forester - Randy Kilpatrick, had 17.43 pounds and big fish went to Price Counts - Will Counts, weighing 6.26 pounds. 

Thank you again to all the teams that came out and worshipped and fished with us.  We look forward to our next tournament on Guntersville Lake on 6/5/2021.  The Friday night meeting will be held at the Beach Pavilion at Guntersville State Park sponsored by St Paul Missionary Baptist Church.  Registration will start at 5:30 with the meeting and meal starting at 6:00 catered by Lawlers BBQ.
