Our third tournament of the year is in the books.
We started the weekend with another great meeting at Pallistine Baptist Church. We had fried Chicken and fixings provided by Nixon Land Surveying and Foothills Marine Center. Then we had a great Gospel message brought to us By Pastor Manning from Fellowship Baptist Church. We raffled off items from L&S Cleaning and Sawmill Studios as well as SML Tackleshop. We want to thank Pallistine Baptist Church they are a real Blessing to this Ministry!
We had forty three boats join us Saturday. It started out windy and cloudy in the morning but the sun soon came out and the temperature really warmed up. The top 6 teams were all within 2 pounds but in the end the team of Harold Olsen and Jared Vandergriff got just over 20 pounds for the win. They also had big fish at 5.32! Good job guys! The team of Clay and Jeff Ross were 2nd with 19.84! Third place went to Tony and Penny McCraw with 19.74. Fourth place went to the team ofJoe Wilkerson and Wyatt Balthis with 18.56. Fith place went to Justin and Ralph Hicks who had 18.49. Six place went to the team of Andrew and Andrew Kartesz. Seventh place went to the team of Jared Sowers and Kevin Allison with 17.77. Finishing out the money in eigth place was Bob Pauley and Steve Deisher with 16.79. Just out of the mony with 2 Gift certificates to SML Tackleshack was the team of Matt Atkins and Stephen Costa with 16.61.
Our next event is the 14th of May at Leesville Lake.
