The first event of the 2024 season in the West Boggs division of the Firefly weeknight series turned out to be a tough one. With eight teams entered, only half of the field was able to boat any keeper sized fish.

Taking the win was Tristan Wagler and Stan Kemp. They had 3 fish weighing in at 8.64.

Right behind them was Derek Jackson, who was fishing alone, with 3 that weighed 7.89.

Bobby Eads and Ron Maxwell were just outside the money cut with 2 fish at 6.99, but they had the big fish of the night at 5.28.

The only other team to bring fish to the scales was Chase Hall and Cameron Lane. They had 2 that weighed 6.37.

Our next tournamnt will be on April 9.
